Disclaimer: “We ship all our packages FedEx Overnight. We are not liable for the following:
1) Incorrect addresses. Your addresses must be correct. Additional charges for address corrections charged back to us by FedEx, will be passed on to the customer.
2) FedEx delivery Schedule. We are not liable for weather related interruptions in FedEx deliveries. Please do not blame us for such. We will reshipment spoiled products caused by FedEx failures in delivery. Our policy is to reship products at no charge as long as FedEx will accept liability for delivery failure. In the case where the delivery failure is caused by weather related interruptions and FedEx will not accept liability, we will still cover the cost of the product at nocharge. The shipping costs of reshipping the product may be born by the customer.
3) We strongly suggest, when shipping gifts, that you notify the recipient of pending deliveries. FedEx will leave all packages should there no one home. They often leave the package at a front door that is not usually used (some use the back door exclusively) and often without ringing the bell or knocking. We cannot be held liable for spoilage for packages delivered properly and left to the elements. We do not call gift recipients to inform them of pending deliveries.
